Refund policy

FREE SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipments are made on behalf of Sarah Verdel, through our GLS courier service, shipping is included in the price therefore it is free. The transit time is 48h-72h.

CHANGES ARE FREE

The exchange period is 15 working days from receipt of the order. The first change will be free, due to Size, the subsequent ones will cost € 5.95.

RETURNS

The return period is 15 working days from receipt of the order. If it is a return, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days from when we receive your package in our warehouses. We will refund the value of the item discounting the shipping costs and the processing cost of € 5.95. PACKAGE PREPARATION

Pack your items securely, if possible in the original package. Make sure the package is tightly sealed or with some sturdy tape.
